panasonic LCD TX-L42U2B

Hi guys was going to buy this.I know its not the most modern but was wondering if its any good mainly for HD tv from sky thanks for any help.Also whats the difference between plasma and LCD i know plasma can be better but they normaly have more problems.I also wondered if it has anti glare or a non glass screen so i dont get reflection from my windows thanks for any help on these questions.
