I never got the whole Facebook or Twitter thing.

I've never got all the fuss about Morecombe and Wise, the two Ronnies were funnier.

I hate the X Factor and Britains Got Talent

How bout you?

Funnily enough I was just pondering the supposed popularity of David Walliams (he was just mentioned on the telly so not as random as it sounds!)

Does anyone actually find him amusing? He seems to pop up all over the place but I don't know of anyone who doesn't find him a bit of an annoying two-trick pony

Agree with your 1st and 3rd points, I enjoyed Morecambe & Wise though, same as I enjoyed the 2 Ronnies OP.

Well when I mentioned that I didn't find him funny here a while back loads of people said I was wrong and he was superb, brilliant, funny and it was me in the wrong for not finding him remotely amusing.

    Apparently.
Or at least he seems to be advertised/plugged relentlessly on the tellybox. Grrr

    BBC

People who complain/boycott companies not paying tax even though it's legal, because the Government made it so.

I hope that's not some kind of dig at me/ the thread as this is only meant as a bit of harmless fun, its hardly to be taken 100% seriously.

There's always people on here who feel the need to make snide comments

I'm with you on all of these, except that I didn't think much of the two Ronnies,
but when compared to the dross that was M & W, anything would seem funny.

Selfies, talent shows, and people saying 'Can I get...' when asking for something.

Actually the last one is more of a gripe. But it is popular and I simply don't get it.

.......my god - I really CANNOT stand that guy!!! Ok - so he is a spoof character but, oh - what a complete COCK.

I really do not get the fuss about him at all - and why women like Fearne Cotton, Holly Willoughby and Kelly Brook swoon all over him when he's on the telly?!?

    Perhaps, just for the cameras............!

I don't 'get' Monty Python and I don't avidly follow Current Events.

I also don't like movies with real people on it.

Scarlett Johansson - only attractive because of her body, her face is too puffy and big
Game of Thrones/House of Cards/Breaking Bad or all these shows people watch online.
    Coffee - stinks
Richard Dawkins - had a novel way of articulating an age old idea but otherwise overrated and arrogant.

What'sapp - just text or Facebook them! You don't need 29 different messaging formats
    Snapchat - Meh.
Fake tan- what's the point. You look orange. Just go outside and tan normally.
1 Direction/ the wanted/ the vamps/ 5sos. I know who 1D are but the others are all interchangeable like Ken dolls with swappable heads.
    Binge drinking - boring.
