The lack of statement is disrespectful really, even to say 'we aren't commenting'.

The appointment is going down like a lead balloon. They've already got 32,000 season ticket renewals so they clearly don't give a toss about anymore!

Pardew was on holiday, nothing of the sort.

What is apparant though is that the media are back to their old tricks.

Sky understands #NUFC are yet to confirm Joe Kinnear because Alan Pardew is refusing to provide a statement welcoming him to the club.

The hoppings ain't coming this year so NUFC is just providing a month long circus

That came from Sky Tyne and Wear who broadcast literally opposite the ground and have been spot on with their stories for some time

Yeah they seem to be like the Chronicle 10 years ago with the stuff they get.

And it goes on and on. You must be loving this mess :D

You make a statement and you never say 'oh this is what we disagreed'. That would be idiotic.

BTW has anyone thought that Ashley might just be doing Joe a favour to get him back into the game?
You do not really sack someone after a heart attack.

Course you do, it's called medically unfit for work. If you follow the correct procedures its entirely legal

Not a noose like sacking in the semi offical football sense.
Seriously, Ashley may be just helping out c/w a tinge of self interest.
Ashley may think his own skills at santioning tranfers are lacking.

Well if things go according to doom, Pardew will be sacked at Xmas and Kinnear will do a Benitez making way next May.

    Derek Lambezee resigned too.

Rats off a sinking ship though locally reported as a restructuring following last seasons' problems

The "Nine" thing is just a transition. In a few months it will be Irish themed ;)
