EE PAYG Data Top Up

I've used up all the allowance on a 6GB EE Data SIM I bought on Amazon

I now get an advice page inviting me to add more data.

One of the options is 500 MB for 24 hrs, which is 3 Quid

That's fine, but it's asking me to create a PAYG account, and loading a minimum of 10 quid into it, before I can buy the 500 Meg allowance.

Presumably that will leave the account with a credit of 7 Quid, which is fine, as long as it remains on there for 'ever', and doesn't expire after a month etc ??

Credit doesn't expire on any of the UK networks (subject to minimum use terms, of course).

Best deal is to bin the sim and get another one that’s what I have done a few times now.

Yes, could do, and will do if a prolonged period of access is required, but actually 3 quid for 500 Megs for a day, once in a blue moon, suits my requirements very well.
