Sky are 'clever' this way the advertise the show airing days after the US but fails to resume days after the US once the winter break is over. Sky once did this with Nikita airing it few days after the US but then we didn't get the second half of the season until April/May!

Re the whole 'days after the states' thing Sky does, i sometimes wish they didn't bother. Take Glee, this season they've started in January and will (hopefully) just run the whole thing in one go, albeit a few months late
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but according to Geektown (who are usually quite accurate) Sky1 are holding back the second half of this season of Modern Family and The Middle until March/April. It's probably correct since i seem to remember Sky held Modern Family back until late March last year.

They held Glee back in the same way because viewers complained about the amount of breaks that it took due to US scheduling
