TomTom on Nokia 6280

I've upgraded my phone from a 6680 to a 6280 & I've tried to copy my TomTom 5 for Nokia off the old MMC card onto a CD and then onto a 2GB miniSD card.
Everything copied fine but when I switch the phone on I don't get the application
Do you think I've done something wrong or need to do something extra or is the application not compatable with this phone?

If you check the tomtom website it will tell you all the phones that it supports.
Work checking out the Tom Tom website for the mobiles and PDA's compatible, but there are a couple of phones that will work with Tom TOm that are not listed on the website.
