I accidentally caught an episode of Marcus Brigstocke's awful The Late Edition, which I had taped by mistake. It's hard to tell because it's so crap, but is this supposed to be a British version of Jon Stewart's The Daily Show?

    that maybe true, but its still good, and with the Daily Show on strike i need my fix.

    BTW how many episodes are there this series of theLateEdition?

    never mind its 20

    but seriously Daily Show junkies, this is how to survive the strike
