Skydrive and Google Drive - Is it possible for others to upload to a public folder?

Hi,

Trying to create a public folder on either Skydrive or Google Drives that will allow others to upload their images of an event I have recently been involved in.

The only issue is i am now sure how this can de done?

Have tried:

Skydrive: Making a folder public with a the "link" so that people can view and edit, however when I have tried this myself after logging out of Skydrive it requires a sign-in to upload.

Google Drive - Have changed permissions so that anyone can view and edit and tried the auto generated link for the folder, however no options appear for upload.

Dos anyone know if it is possible to use either in this way? If not are there any alternatives?

I think they would each require their own SkyDrive or Google Drive accounts in order to be able to upload. They don't require them in order to view shared files though.
