Well she is a silly little girl infatuated by the older boyfriend in power.
She is not emotionally mature enough and wants it to be made public hence the arranged Birthday.

It will all end it tears.

If she knew him well enough she would have known he would hate that. The surprise was all about her not him. That moment was really awkward, don't blame him for walking out

Yup it's an old story that never ends well.

He is in it for the sex
She is in it for the notoriety

    He should've chosen someone better.

That Nev's a good sport and seems like a good boss.

But you have to find the young woman who is interested in a man in his 40s and wants the notoriety, so that cuts most of them out.

If I was single and was wanting a man in his 40s I would pick one that I liked, wether he was my boss or not. And if he was I'd certainly keep it quiet so that people couldn't say that lol.

Athough as I'm nearly 30 a man in his 40s isn't that big a gap.

Saw this for the first time last week, this week watched again and really made me laugh. The guy who went on holiday for 2 weeks but only took 1 week holiday as that was all he had left. Can't believe he got away with that

If you can try to catch up on the first series of this. Some of the things that goes on are shocking!

Had to laugh at Mary-Ann explaining why she found Alan Sugar attractive:

'He works hard and doesn't have to sponge off his parents or nuffin like that...'

Does she know that Alan Sugar is not 17 and living in his Mam's box room?

Those two ungrateful skitters taking the tickets and then acting like tools.

Hoping (in vain, I'm sure) that he comes down hard on them.

Sadly - I think that was all done for the telly; if Nev has anything about him he'd sack someone for taking the unauthorised holiday and while he might take a lenient view on the ticket incidence (not sure why...put it down to exuberance..?) when they lied to him that was when he should have decided to sack them. If it really was Nev's decision to keep them that's pretty weak and sends the wrong message in both examples as they are both significant breaches of trust....hence why i think that was staged so they could do the ass kicking (which was actually the weakest part of last night's episode).

As an aside - I thiought the girl who painted the swans was nice - actually quite bright and nice personality, plus artistly talented - now if Thorpe had got her to go out with him rather than thicko, I'd be envious.
