This show is currently airing on MTV on a Sunday night. Have any of you watched it, if so why what is your opinion of the blonde surfer guy and why are two very pretty girls fighting over him?

    The guys are all really ugly, not feeling so bad that I have never made to Hawaii

    AWFUL programme. It flopped in the US. They tried to make a Hawaii Laguna Beach and it didn't work .... at all.

    I thought it was very enjoyable - incredibly trashy but that's what I like on a Sunday night, ah well pity it was cancelled.

    The only good thing about that show was that blonde girl Shante (???), she was pretty feisty. Everyone else was blah!

    I could never understand the attraction to Chayne (sp?) TBH, he was butt ugly and needed a major hair cut!

    Chayne was butt ugly. I also thought Shante had a bit of a squashed porn star look about her. I thought her tall friend was stunning though. I can't get over the lack of eye candy in Hawaii. I always thought it would be wall to wall gorgeous guys. Different strokes for different folks and all that.

    The guys in Maui Fever were dreadful, best one was Chante's bloke, but he did look about 12 years old! I did really like the series though, I know it was hated by most but I like anything like that - didn't have ANYTHING on Laguna Beach obviously but I still liked it.

    He reminded me of one of the puppets in Fraggle Rock - anyone know what I mean?? :eek:
