On this video I can see loads of people filming this guy with camera phones! And they don't even look like journalists, so what were they thinking?

And the Daily Fail called them 'A group of fans making an emotional visit'. That's not what it looked like to me!
He looked genuinely upset to me.
Uhuh, I thought that too.
I can't imagine what it'd be like to have to live your life putting up with that sort of thing all the time.
Maybe the whole "fame" thing is so precarious that these people think that if they ask fans to leave them alone, the fans might decide to do just that?
Course, I also wonder who's taking advantage of who.
Not sure I'd be particularly inclined to visit the scene of an accident that killed one of my friends.
And me, yes, that's why I couldn't understand him standing around like that with it all on view. (Edit: sorry, I meant to add that that was why I felt like he was maybe acting, because I couldn't get to grips with him keeping himself on view like that, if that makes any sense).
@Si_Crewe (sorry, multi-quoting isn't my thing at the mo): I agree there too. I did hear it's a fine balance between the old Greta Garbot "I vant to be alone" effect and embracing full-on transparency in their personal lives, and some do fear they'll be taken seriously forever by fans if they tell them to leave them alone. In fact, some fans believe they should have access to every private of a celeb's life anyway. The price of fame, I suppose.
@Sophie: yep, they most certainly should have done.
I don't know. I do believe he was truly upset, but he could come by later on when there would be fewer people around, which makes his timing a bit suspect.
On the other hand, there's a good chance he was hoping that he and the others could share a 'moment', but didn't work out because they were too awe of his presence.
Either way, he's likely to be so used to cameras that he would be both aware and unaware of them. A bit like having a kid or cat around you. You know it's there, but you don't pay much attention while you're distracted with something else. My guess, anyhow.
As if he was even thinking about petty sh!t like that, he was there grieving for his friend.
The only 'suspect' people were the ones filming him and the ones criticising him now.
