New dog act?

Hello,
I am wondering what your opinion is on the possibility of another dog act doing well or even winning, BGT in the future? Pudsey won, but was he/is he the best there is? Was it a combination of factors - Ashleigh being very young and attractive along with a cute routine and dog?
My friend is considering entering with her dog. Of course I'm biased and think they are just a little bit good..... but I wonder if they should even bother!
Anyone with an opinion, please reply - even nasty opinions if that's what you wish to post!
