  Never heard of DVP-1500 do you mean DP-1500?
  
  To reset the settings of the DP-1500, press the following buttons on the
  remote control: “Open”, “Clear”, “1”, “2”, “3”.

  Yeah I thought I had ordered a DP 1500 and it says that on the box, but on the green scrolling screen it says "DVP-15005" and on the manuals it says "DVP-1500"
  
  So I have no idea which one it's meant to be.... but it works really well either way!

  Of the numerous, free, PC server streaming softwares I've tried thus far, FreeKiSS is the best. It allows PC drive/folder browsing and contains a lot of KML page links to browse on the web - cams, news, weather, share prices .....
  
  Only had the box a week though. Any other opinions?
  
  PS i also tried PCLink, JLink. Did not try EZPCLink as the free version is not compatible with the KiSS latest firmware 2.9.3
