I like the character Michelle and the actress Kym Lomas. She is a stunning looking woman. Even though she chose to be famous I don't think her love life is anything to do with her fans. She's a good actress and that's good enough for me.

According to tomorrows Sun she cheated on Jamie Lomas just 5 months after their wedding with Oliver Mellor who played Dr Matt:eek:!!

Oliver Mellor let citing wanting to do theater work. He didn't get an exit because he quit the role and hadn't appeared in a few months, plus he wasn't a major character anyway.

The fact that she 'sells' her love life to the mags - gives us a right to an opinion!!
Oliver Mellor let citing wanting to do theater work. He didn't get an exit because he quit the role and hadn't appeared in a few months, plus he wasn't a major character anyway.
I remember him saying something slightly different. He was a recurring character, and hadn't worked in a while, so he asked TPTB what was happening with Dr. Matt, and they said they had no plans to use him at all, so he "quit".
Being recurring in this capacity means you only work when they ask you to, and so isn't on contract like the permanent actors. His last appearance would have been just that, so there was never any need to write him an exit story. They could have shown the character some respect and provided a bit of closure, but they weren't obligated to.
I don't see any link between deciding not to use him and his alleged affair with a co-star. Doesn't really have anything to do with the show.
Except when she sells the pics to OK on a regular basis - as she has done with every 'famous' bloke she has shacked up with.
