Hi . My dad s a huge Grisham fan . I think he almost has every book by him , and I just wondered if anybody could recommend any authors who write like him, or have similar subjects / themes in their books. Thanks

No, but if you join GoodReads there's a way of selecting similar authors so it might be worth joining. Hope that helps a bit.
