  For future reference the number for virgin media retentions department (from an external non virgin media phone) is:
  
  0845 454 11 11
  Then option 5, then option 3
  (OR 150 from your Virgin Landline)
  
  Managed to get our bill down from £86 a month to £56, the only reduction in service was going from 60MB BB to 50MB BB.
