  Have you tried the BT Forum? It is mainly a user to user self-help group, but the BT mods will respond to specific problems and provide you with a link for you to contact them.
  
  You will have to be patient, however, as they seem to be a small team with quite a workload and need several days to get things moving, but they do have quite a good reputation for getting problems sorted.

  Another vote for the BT Forum.
  They sorted my problems quickly and even phoned me on a Sunday afternoon with updates
