Cobbleheads! :)

Welcome to the first Corrie thread of the week and thanks to Aggie and CollieWobbles for the last two threads.

Remember that there isn’t any Corrie on Friday due to the football :mad:

Hope you all had a good weekend and managed to enjoy the nice weather.

If you want to find out what’s in store in tonight’s episodes then full details can, as always, be found by clicking below:-

First Episode
At the hospital, Nick is in a foul mood. The extent of his brain damage is still unknown, but Leanne is assured that he's making good progress. At home, David reveals his pact with Nick to Tina. He's torn, not knowing whether to be relieved or worried, and when Nick summons him to his bedside, he dreads the outcome. Nick remembers everything, but what is he going to do about it?

At the same time, Kylie is suspicious as to why David is spending so much time with ex Tina.

Meanwhile, as Roy plans a surprise trip to Blackpool for Hayley before her chemo starts, she is keen to crack on with his driving lessons. However, Roy's analytical approach to driving doesn't make things easy for Hayley - will it dampen their spirits?

Elsewhere, Michelle is devastated to hear that her parents are divorcing. Determined to cheer her up, Steve continues with his secret efforts to buy the pub, convinced it's what Michelle needs. But who is Steve's mystery backer?

Also, Peter is struggling with the paperwork at the factory and tells Carla they need to recruit someone to fill Michelle's role. Sally is convinced it will be her, but when Peter takes matters into his own hands, it looks like Sally may be disappointed.

Finally, Tim comes out of hiding, but will Sally buy his excuses about having to work away?

Writer: Joe Turner

Second Episode
As David tells Tina that he has to know if Lily is his, she warns him of the pitfalls - could he handle bringing up his brother's child? David is not sure, but he has to know and orders a DNA test.

At the same time, Kylie is growing increasingly insecure about the amount of time David is spending with Tina. However, when she questions him about his whereabouts, he lies - firing up Kylie's suspicions further.

Meanwhile, as Roy continues to plan a surprise trip to Blackpool, Hayley is desperate to know his secret. Will Roy be pressured into revealing all?

Elsewhere, Steve asks Stella to keep quiet for a few more days as he reveals the money for the sale of the pub is now sorted. Steve is confident that he's giving Michelle exactly what she needs, but as she stresses about her dad - who Steve seems to have accidentally set up with Eileen - Stella questions his surprise tactics.

Also, Carla is not happy that Peter has offered the PA role to Eva without consulting her, but will she outwardly support his decision?

Thank The Lord for that, thought he'd be double bunking with Ken for a minute. Yes Amy from ED is rather lovely isn't she? Hoping she will be on next year's Dancing On Ice as it must ED's turn to have someone on.

Evening all, thanks for the thread and well pleased to be starting off as runner up week 1 of the Corrie Challenge.

I'm top of both the Daily & Corrie challenge. I've started the month in first place a few times with the Daily & Corrie Challenge...and dropped down the table pretty quickly after that. I expect the same to happen again. At least I'm consistent
