Be Broadband problems, Exchange: MRSAL

Hello,

I lost connection to Be broadband this morning and it is still down now.
I am connected to MRSAL in Greater Manchester.

My netgear router shows it is connected at 18,000 kbps but the IP address shows 0.0.0.0

Is this a known problem or have I been cut off?

Might be nothing but I have a vague recollection that Sky were closing down the last elements of Be sometime in April so if you haven't moved off yet they may have cut the service. I might be remembering that wrong as I left Be rather than move to Sky. Best bet is to call them.

When were you due to be migrated?

I think there cannot be that many left to migrate now,

There's nothing on BE's website about any outages,

    Hi.

Just checked another forum and you are correct.

Had a letter from be last year notifying of the move to sky which says we will let you know when you are going to be moved over, but I never received the letter.

I have a 3rd party router which I had to manually update unlike be boxes which I have updated automatically.
