Inspired by the thread about Home Farm value in ED, by Nico.

What is the value of Southfork ranch from the classic soap opera Dallas.

I can't remember if it was valued at 300 million dollars or more in the new series?

    It must be a lot because they actually run a business from it. You can stay there and have parties etc etc etc.

    I can't remember any specific figures but a he'll of a lot simple because aside from the size of it, and it being a going concern for ranching, there is oil under some it - sector 40 to be precise fro the original series and possibly elsewhere.

    Just because Ellie's father decreed that no drilling would ever happen there, something Ellit, Jock and Bobby continued (at least until John Ross somehow managed to do it in the new series)n doesn't mean it wouldn't be factored into the price for any sale.

    But, unlike Home Farm was, it's only a set. :D
