I'm 26 .Single ,the only person left of my age who is ( well it feels like it :o) .It's depressing and I hate it :(

My friend ( who is also 26 ) said the other night we have to wait for the eventual divorces now  .How depressing.

Pics or it never happened. :D

Usually I'd say the same, but we're talking about a relative of Robert's.

I don't think it is ageist. I think he just wants to poll people closer to his own age so he can make himself feel sadder.

That would've been my choice :) Maybe it's an alien concept to Robert.

I'm still single now in my mid-late 20's.

The fact that I'm single seems to concern others more than myself.

If any singletons, long term or otherwise are bothered about their situation, spare a thought for the guy who is going grey before ever having a relationship or sex.

 I'm pretty sure there is! I know lots of people who absolutely love being single and have no desire for a relationship at all, right now or ever in their eyes.

Me personally, I like relationships. I broke up with my partner a few months ago, and I am not liking single life that much :o But everyone is different!

See I said you'd soon be moaning! Never happy!

Do you remember when you said all women in York were snobs? A sweeping and inaccurate statement. You say things like that and then you wonder why you don't have a girlfriend.

Well thats two more than me :D seriously. The last time I had a "girlfriend" was when I was about 12. You are also employed which is a step up from me currently. Maybe you should try plentyoffish or something, . I know a number of blokes who are in the same position as you

We want to advise him on where he could find a girlfriend, not scare him! :D

I say that because I had a lot of bad experiences personally of free dating sites, which bore out on the relevant threads on this forum.

Things have changed since I tried them a couple of years ago - POF isn't as free as it was then and the same websites are now offering phone apps with geolocation included to find people nearby - could be useful to find people nearby - one of the main problems I had with online dating was that all the people I spoke to were far away and long distance.

I have had some wonderful dates on Plenty of fish. They never go anywhere but then again I am a bit odd and can remember odd and random stuff.
