Bigger surprise is that he was hired in the first place, his highest placed finish as a manager of a team is 10th in the Conference. The Leeds owner comes across as a nutcase.

At some point during his ownership, Cellino will appoint himself as permanent manager.

Italian owners like to get through their managers.

Think Cagliari have had about 20 in the time this guy has been owner!

Leeds will probably have at least 2 more.

Might seem like a surprise on the outside but there have been rumours of a lot of unrest between players and manager due to Sanninio's style of management.

A couple have even shown their displeasure in public like Lloyd Dyer who verbally criticised the manager after scoring against Rotherham.

Shame as things are going well on the pitch but it seems off it wasn't so great.

The takeover at Wednesday off, the odd thing is nearly every single supporter is relieved. As time passed it seemed clear something wasn't right.

Biggest problem now is us having a sponsor on our shirt thats not been paid for.

Went to the Valley yesterday to see Charlton v Boro. Yo can see why Charlton remain unbeaten this season. They work really hard without being spectacular and in the end would have beaten Boro with a bit of luck after Adomah was sent off. Fair result though as Boro a good footballing side and looked impressive in the first half. Fatigue definitely set in 2nd half after their mammoth match against Liverpool in midweek.

Boro can make the playoffs if they continue to play like that first half.

City now top and on paper, we certainly have a team that have the ability to go up as champions.

Weren;t impressive at Blackpool yesterday. Helped by an own goal, a lucky deflection and a bad mistake by an opposing defender to win 3-1 after being 1-0 behind. But these types of games against struggling siders have often been ones in which Norwich have struggled in the past.

We were foiled by David Marshall in goal against Cardiff in both games last season almost single-handedly. David Marshall is an ex City goalkeeper. Yesterday, the opposing goalkeeper was Joe Lewis who we let go despite being a very promising goalkeeper at the time and having achieved England recognition. So it could have easily been one of those days for us all told. Fortunately it wasn;t and the luck was with us.
We have already achieved 10 points this season after coming from behind in games,. In our successful championship seasons in the past, we have also had a real habit of coming from behind to win games.

It's certainly looking good at the moment.

Steve Claridge is also backing us to be champions. Is that a positive though??!!

Oscar Garcia's stood down from Watford due to health reasons, with Billy McKinlay taking over.

This must be a first; a club having three managers before the end of September, with the lowest position they've had all season being 7th, and neither of the managerial departures having anything to do with results.

Shame for Garcia but personal health comes first.

Hopefully the upheaval won't cause any long term damage.

Players will probably like having an English speaking manager...

They were lucky to beat us last night.
We had a lot of chances - far more than Charlton, and Charlton scored with a deflected powder-puff winner in the 86th minute.

They are very strong defensively though.

Bolton's going down with Millsy at the back.

No offence Bolton fans, just not an admirer of a few of your players :)

Will Phil Gartside be coming out and suggesting relegation from the Championship should be abolished?

I presume Bolton cannot afford to pay off Dougie Freedman

I doubt he's on that much nor on a long contract, He's hardly a big-name manager.

Only 10 games into the season - perhaps Phil Gartside just doesn't want to make a knee-jerk decision?

Four Four Two predicted Charlton to go down, but they have impressed so far

I bet Dougie Freedman regrets leaving Palace. That said, he would have been terrible in the Prem for them

Was inevitable. Unfortunately this is bad news for everyone really as it only makes the championship even more competitive

Thought Blackpool looked pretty competitive tonight. Always knew David Perkins was a good player and had an excellent performance.

Cardiff seriously underwhelming but did have a few decent chances

At the start of the day I would have taken a draw at Forest but conceding a goal in the 94th minute is sickening. Every time we (Ipswich) take the lead we sit back and invite teams on. We're not Chelsea - we can't sit back and hit on the break.
