Right, the type of plug you'll need (as I said before, but not with it's proper nam,e) is a "Belling Lee" plug, there are instructions HERE on how to wire one up with satellite cable, and personaly I don't solder it but I suppose it's to make a better connection.

The Belling Lee plug was designed (in 1923!) to be soldered.
An unsoldered connector could have a 2dB of loss.
3 connectors each at 2dB = 6dB loss & thats a quarter power (not a quarter lost but 3/4 lost!)

I only have 1 on the Aerial cable (that one was already fitted when I moved in, so I accept no responsibility as to how it was fitted!).
Anyway, my freeview picture is ok, no pixelling at all, unlike my mum's Sony IDTV.
