Lost 3g coverage for iPhone 4S on Three

I've had no problem with coverage until today, where the internet coverage has disappeared. I don't really get why. I've tried restarting the phone, and switching on Aeroplane mode then switching it off to basically reboot the antenna, but no luck :-( Can anyone help?
