I've developed a slight rash around my mouth (edges of mouth but spread a little) It started off with patches of flaky white skins but then became a little painful when eating.
I've noticed its worse when I drink alcohol, eat spicy food or go out in cold weather ( patches go red and irritated?)
Trip to the doctor or anything that might treat it?

Don't look at this if you're a hypochondriac

I've just realised that the above link is to one of those weird holistic yoghurt-knitting sites, so here is another from a doctor (although it is in the Daily Mail, so probably all lies)

Sudocream slapped round your gob is not a good look.
That'll make it worse, surely.
you sound like you speak from experience there
