A snake - I watched a real life programme once where a snake was lying on top of a guy in bed, and he daren't move for several hours. Finally the snake slid off, and he quickly photographed it, only to find out later the snake was 100% harmless !!!
Of course, poisonous insects are something you probably wouldn't see....
There are a few poisonous native spiders (arachnids) in the UK, apart from bees, wasps and hornets (insects) etc., all the latter of which can kill you if have an allergic reaction to their sting.
I have a recurring nightmare where I look over my shoulder to find a naked Elton John standing behind me holding a tube of lubricant while "Are You Ready For Love" plays on the stereo.
A snake! Remember a news story from years back about a small kid that kept calling for his mum after he had been send to bed telling her there was a snake in his bed. Exasperated mum finally went up to pull the bedclothes back and tell her son he was imaging it and guess what - a big fat snake in his bed. It had escaped from the other half of the semi detached house, gone down the loo, come up through the waste pipe up into their bathroom and snuck into his bed. Now that is the stuff nightmares are made of .
god. he should listen to prayers but otherwise look the other way .......
methodist church hq in london has a window with various changing displays. one was "god in the shower". suggests weird image of nude wet white bearded bloke and a slightly disturbing notion ......
That's not the kind of clown you would like in your bed if you don't like clowns lol.
Have never got the freaked out by clown things, they don't bother me - if someone could explain it that'd be great guys.
For me its just the fact that they really creep me out, it's the whole painted face that I actually think looks more sinister than funny, I also don't like china dolls and masks, it's that some expressionless painted thing that creeps me out, with me it's not just a dislike it's an actual fear, seeing clowns in public makes me shake, cry and practically be rooted to the spot.
There was a thread on here about a man dressing up as a clown and walking around taking pictures, that would be pretty much the worst thing I could ever see where I live.

In fact...nope I can't even look across at my bed right now in fear of a grinning, silent clown lying there doing a 'sleeping' mime...:o
