Channel 5 seem to be adopting the American way of doing reality TV. Have 5 mins of something happening, then waffle on about what's coming up after the break, have the break, return from the break, recap what happened before the break for those with short-term memories, and then show something new for 5 more minutes before going back to previewing the next part and having another break. And repeat.
