    I cried at LoTR.

I was begging my brain to switch it off. I was in a merciful state.

Cinema Paradiso - The montage scene at the end.

Field Of Dreams - "Hey....Dad....you wanna have a catch?" gets me every single time

It's a Wonderful Life - The end scene

V for Vendetta - The final scene with the Houses of Parliament exploding to the 1812 Overture

On Her Majesty's Secret Service - When Tracy gets shot. Lazenby has his critics but he nailed that scene.

I remember in school getting upset about an anti bullying video that was shown.

That's nothing. Wait until you see the pro-bullying sequel.

I forgot to add 'Stand By Me'. I always tear up at the image of Chris (River Phoenix) disappearing

A better question would be, have you ever not cried at a movie?

Watched "Up" the other day, the Pixar film. I was a grown man in tears, and the movie had hardly begun!

I cried at Up...and I was watching it on a plane ride. I felt no shame loo

Cyrano De Bergerac (the Depardieu version) had me crying in the cinema. The ending is so tragic.

All the bloody time!! I definitely avoid obvious tear jerkers because I don't want to be miserable :D But sometimes I shed a tear because the movie is so good, or because there's a really happy moment! I'm such a sap. I really can't watch Dumbo because of the bullying and the song Baby Mine. I haven't seen it since I was a child and I hated it then because I loved Dumbo!

I haven't ever cried in a cinema. I think the general atmosphere, people shining torches, people tipping up chairs and banging around, uncomfortable seats, walking up and down the aisles, making comments, groping each other, etc. is not conducive to actually enjoying a film.

Watching on TV at home in quiet and comfort is a far better way to watch I reckon. I have not cried at many, but the ones I have cried at are always the happy ending ones.

    Forest Gump

When he's talking to Jenny's grave. Jesus Christ.

    I feel you

And it doesn't matter that I've seen them both many, many times, I still blub like a baby during Deep Impact and Armageddon.

    Rue's death
in "The Hunger Games". Luckily, I was watching it alone at home rather than in a packed cinema. :o

I rarely cry at films, but something about this got to me.

Have to admit to Up, Les Mis and Toy Story 3.

Also, Love and Other Impossible Pursuits (aka The Other Woman)... 'that scene' between Lisa Kudrow and Natalie Portman makes me bawl (you should know which one I mean if you've seen it!). Both actresses gave amazing performances in that movie.

I know the exact scene you are talking about - I cried too.

Bambi, in fact pretty much every Disney movie.
The Perks of Being a Wallflower (In the cinema)
    127 Hours (at the end)
    Moulin Rouge
    The Notebook
    Deathly Hallows Part 2
The Mortal Instruments (In the cinema)
    The Help

When it comes to sad tears, very few. Off the top of my head, Spartacus, 'The Champ' and 'Love Story' are the only ones that I can think of.

Happy tears however is a totally different ball game. I could be here forever, naming them.

    It's a wonderful life
    ET
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
    Despicable Me
    How to train your Dragon
    Jerry Maguire
    Miracle on 42nd Street
    Finding Nemo
    Far and Away

I cry throughout the last half hour of 'The color Purple'.

    The list is endless.

Cast away. He loves Jenny and she loves him but they just cannot be together after being reunited. It really had me like a quivering wreck.

I always cry at Ghost. That ending when Molly finally sees him and also Whoopi sees him too. It's made even worse when you realize that Patrick is no longer with us. The tears flow.

Beaches always makes me cry too. I cry before the bit where you're supposed to cry because I know what's about to happen.:cry::cry:
