epg problem

Has anyone else had a problem with the epg for the past few days. Whenever I try to use the tv guide and press 1 al I get is a banner telling me that no services of this kind are available. Pressing any of the other numbers works, just not that one!

try a system 'reboot'
ie turn the box off at the mains leave a few seconds turn back on await it resetting itself and then see...
I have also had this problem on certain models when the power supply unit is getting dodgy.
otherwise always worth a 'forced sotware update'.T....turn the box off at the mains. Whilst holding down the 'Back-up' button on the front of the digibox...turn the box back on....once the 4 coloured lights come on release the button.and leave for approx 10 mins...until the message goes off and the box goes to standby....thgen restart the box as usual an see if that has cured the problem.
