You have to be kidding? So you would have them the previous Saturday followed by Tues and Weds and then the following Sat!!
What are they thinking of.? Surely bad enough with coverage starting at 6.30.

Wouldn't mind betting that we have Robbie Savage commentating on one of the mid week games as well

I don't think it is on weekdays. I saw them promote it for the Saturdays with Hearts-Rangers, Wba-Ars and I think New-Che but nothing for the midweek games. I hope they treat it a little like a potential CL night with a round-up of all the live scores from a studio alongside some on the ground coverage.

I thought they said there would be Fletch and Sav before the midweek games too.

I don't know why BT gave today's game to Fletcher instead of Darke. Definitely the wrong decision.

The balance seems to have changed slightly about the forthcoming auction with some of the noises coming out of BT. I guess the crucial thing will be what Sky believe BT are going to do - if they don't think BT are going to significantly inflate the market they probably won't either, if they think BT are going to make a significantly increased bit for the Sunday 4pm package then Sky might well do so. Whatever BT actually do almost doesn't matter to the prices I guess, it's what Sky think they will do which will determine how high the price might be pushed up or otherwise.

Darren Fletcher definitely promoted it, vocally rather than with a promo graphic.

Sheer madness if this is the case, can not see the point, not sure what others think but at times the show borders very amateurish at times with silly laughs between the "so called boys" as Fletcher sometimes describes them.

Some good points but the bad seems to be over taking it now.

Ok his football commentaries have been cut back compared to last season, but to host a 2 hour program followed by about another 2 hours commentary and then possibly a 606live with Savage later in the day is pushing him.

You don't have to watch it from 6.30 you know! I'll be tuning in at around 7.44 personally.
I presume from the amount of airtime that the imbecile Savage gets that he must be very popular with a lot of people?

    Any averages for Liv-Che.
    I'd expect at least 800k

Anything less would have to be considered a big disappointment.

    Liverpool v Chelsea (BT) - 986,000
    QPR v Man City (Sky) - 701,000
    WBA v Newcastle (Sky) - 707,000
    Swansea v Arsenal (Sky) - 1,004,000

Very, very good rating for Liverpool v Chelsea - I haven't got time to check but from memory I think that may well be the highest ever rating for a BT Sat 12.45pm game.

Certainly is. It beat the previous high of 973k for the Liverpool vs Arsenal game on Saturday 8th February

The ratings for Super Sunday on Sky look low. Yes, they are not the best fixtures, but those ratings aren't great.

Partly caused by clash with Brazilian GP - Sky got 1,007,000 for the F1 (prog average including an hour's intro).

Must be very pleasing for BT knowing what they can achieve by getting the bigger games and teams.

Again just shows, if they can, get first picks and decent packages at the next rights what they can get along with possible more subscriptions.

Also has to be said a very poor Sky line up this weekend but in a way very clever of them not to put a bigger game on so, like you say, clashing with the Grand Prix.

Indeed an excellent number for BT for a 12:45pm Sat game.
No doubt surpassed what they expected themselves.

Very good for bt, but probably indicates levelling of subs (i.e. No increase since last year) but given price rise encouraging.

Big ques is whether CL will boost subs further/ boost bt broadband beyond what PL has

Sky probably right to pass. F1, rugby union gave it a strong weekend.

Hi Jp - yes, the free HD offer was only valid for 12 months, so although broadband customers still get the BT channels for free in SD, you now have to pay the HD fee. It's happened to all of us as our contracts from last year have run out. A pity.

Thanks Mate..Sorry for the delay in thanking you.

Apologies if this has already been posted but I couldn't see it here anywhere. BT Sport will produce Champions League coverage in-house:

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/newsbysector/mediatechnologyandtelecoms/media/11222813/BT-brings-Champions-League-coverage-in-house.html
BT will invest in its own team to produce Champions League football coverage from next season, it will confirm on Tuesday.
The company currently relies on Sunset+Vine, an independent production company, for live football coverage on BT Sport but will create an in-house operation for the Champions League.
BT last year bought exclusive rights to all European club football for three years beginning with the 2015/16 season, for a record-breaking £897m.
Sunset+Vine will continue to produce Premier League and FA Cup coverage. It will also take on the Europe League while BT takes full control of the blue riband competition itself.
Delia Bushell, managing director of BT TV and BT Sport, said: "We can confirm that BT Sport will be producing its UEFA Champions League coverage in-house from its Stratford based production facility and studios in East London.
"BT Sport began broadcasting from Stratford in August of 2012 and has in the 15 months since launch established itself as a credible live sports broadcaster producing many events internally including live on-site coverage of football and many other sports from around the UK."
"BT Sport will recruit some key senior production personnel as well as increasing the responsibility of the team already in place."
Moves to bring more live sport production in-house would be a blow to Sunset+Vine, which is part of the Tinopolis group. It is reportedly up for sale with a price tag of £300m. The BT Sport contract alone is worth around £100m in sales over three years.
The decision is likely to be seen as a just first step into in-house production for BT, which has consistently said it is in sports broadcasting for the long haul and was initially forced to sign an array of contracts with third parties to get its channels up and running. It had to do so in double-quick time after keeping its ambush of BSkyB in the 2012 Premier League rights auction a closely-guarded secret.
As well as setting up in-house production is currently building a third studio at its base on the Olympic Park in Stratford and preparing for the next Premier League rights auction clash early next year.

More changes to BT's programming judging by the Digiguide listings:

    - For their midweek PL games they're restructuring Matchday Live - half an hour before the match, and an hour 'post match discussion' show - so following the format of Monday Night Football after the match, although presumably with far less insight and tactical discussion.

    - That week (1st-5th December) their 7pm Sportshub show has been replaced with 'Football Tonight' - "Discussing all the news from the beautiful game around the world." - it's unclear whether it's an entirely new show or yet another rebranding of their news programme. No info on presenters or format yet either.

What was going on with the Fishing TV show to get 32000 people to watch it at 4:15 Monday morning? :o Some of BT's football struggles to get ratings like that at more normal times!

If BT does acquire either of these companies, which appears likely, it could discourage BT from spending heavily on Premier League rights as it will be investing heavily and possibly raising extra funds for the mobile acquisition.
