MyPhoneExplorer won't load

I had an old version of MyPhoneExplorer installed on my laptop and when I clicked on it, nothing happened, it didn't come up. So I installed the latest version, which did open. Now I've come to use it again, it won't open. I don't want to have to re-install it everytime I want to use it as all my texts are already uploaded to it and put in the archive folder. Also, it took me ages to put the correct date and time on the texts in the sent folder, as they only appear in the inbox texts.
