Hi

I'm in process of switching from o2(now sky) to bt infinity. I was informed my net would be off up to 30mins on day.

It went off at 1030 and an open reach engineer was by box. At 1105 my phone went dead. I wandered up to box and he had gone.

It's now 1130 and phone is still dead (and obviously broadband too)

Sales order isn't showing complete but is it normal to lose phone during switch?

If not should I wait until order is marked complete or start kicking butt now. Also anyone have any idea who I ring... Sales, faults etc
