Barry Manilow pre-sale not working.

Been trying all morning but the pre-sale link I was sent just won't work! It loads the waiting room then crashes to a configuration error page with a thirty second countdown. At zero it shows the seating plan but then immediately crashes to the countdown again before I can select a number of tickets or seat location.

Why do these 'waiting room' pre-sales never work properly? Total waste of time!

    Actually I've found the problem, something in my IE settings is causing it as I was looking at Taylor Swift tickets and that wouldn't work either until I tried viewing it in Firefox.
