Why? That's not really in Nick's character.

A glimpse of the new logo. Apologies for it not being the best screenshot. It flashes so quickly up on the screen in the clip, hard to get a decent shot.

I'm quite surprised they didn't change the font, concidering it's been the same since 2006. But I suppose the 1st logo didn't change for 11 years, and the 2nd stayed from 1997-2006.

Why? That's not really in Nick's character.

We've often seen Nick lose his temper and give a member of staff a furious dressing down when they have made a mistake. The idea that he would be quite relaxed about his entire A & E department burning to the ground and about the fact that the numerous safety procedures designed to stop this from happening all failed at the same time, is quite nonsensical.

Maybe he realised that since nobody died, there was no point in losing his rag with anyone. Also, he probably quite liked the idea of getting a new state of the art department!

this is probably the reason he wasn't angry plus he would of gotten a bit of time off.

Maybe they just really like that font? Haha, I don't know, I quite like it, really interested to see the rest of the titles now.

ETA: Anyone going to point out to DS that tonight's episode ain't called Buried. It's Duty of Care....

It's a shame Jay isn't still in it - one of the girls played his girlfriend....when he played someone else in Casualty :D

I like the new opening titles

They've taken the characters out which stops it from being too soapy.

It would have been nice if they had refreshed the theme tune.

    What a beginning - wow!

The last bit with the bit of car hitting the girl was cheesy, though :p

Is Sunetra Sarker pregnant? They pulled every trick in the book to hide her stomach just then.

"RTC..." Of course, controllers don't advise that it's a Major Incident...

Of course the dog is okay. Cuddly animal invulnerability.
