Wonder when it is that the game gets too old and even the hackers move on? That'll be the time to head back and start enjoying them again.....if you can find a lobby!
Probably when 'Ghosts' comes out. I'm getting ghosts on pc but I dread to think what hackers will and can do with these games on pc and how long it'll be before it becomes a joke to play.
Was off work yesterday and there were problems with BO2 servers so put MW3 on for a while. If Ghosts plays like this with no deathstreaks i'll be more than happy. Yet to have a kill chain on BO2 but easily did it yesterday. I seem to need a full clip sometimes to kill just one person on BO2. Got a couple of MOAB's as well which is always nice and just love specialist.. My only advice if you decide to play this is stay away from Ground War. Each time i played i was running in to full party's spawn trapping.

Think i must have been lucky the other day then, played a bit of MW2 as well and no problems with any hackers. The only problem was noobtubing, man I'm glad its not half as effective in MW3 and BO2
Cod4 from what ive played plays fine. There probably are hackers but not in my face that ive noticed. I think the folk left are pretty hardcore though. I find it very hard...not that im anything special.
I was thinking of getting Call of Duty 4, does anyone know what the online play is like on that? i.e. hackers etc.
Plays well especially if you're host or playing on a good connection. I rarely run into hackers but sometimes find it hard to find games on any gamemode other than TDM. For balance and maps it's still a brilliant game not ruined by untold killstreaks.

BTW The update has helped with the count down timer in the lobby.
It doesn't reset so much.
