MTV EMA Awards 2009 - Berlin

I've just found out the MTV EMAs are in Berlin this year....Green Day are playing & I just happen to be in Berlin that date!!!!
Now, does anyone know if you can buy general tickets for MTV awards shows? Or is it just winning them?
I can't seem to find anywhere to actually buy tickets.

I've entered to win one but it's actually as a package with flights & hotel which I don't need! All I want is the show ticket!
Oh well, it may be a case of finding the arena, hanging round with the hope to meet them?! (Husband is gonna hate this!!!)
