Not at all. I am cheating as well, a Lidl £1 chickpea curry with micro pilau rice....total cost £1.45. I will add chopped courgettes for a bit more bulk!

My excuse is loads of work in the garden been done in preparation for leaving it all next week. It will jungleify and stuff will die. Wot can I do though?? I shall nag son to come over and do things but he will miss stuff it happens every year. He isn't a gardener!

I should have invited someone to live in my cottage til I return and water and tend the garden! My incredibly slow internets and lack of mobile phone signal might annoy folks unused to it however.......

Do you have super fast internet? Mine is between 1-3 and often LESS THAN ONE

There is still light in the sky at gone half past ten! I mostly hear cows and tractors for loud noises.

About to watch Superhospital. My ongoing fascination with all things medical. Will you watch that?

Not like I used to be, my mum had me believing all sorts but I came to my senses as I got older :).

Do you think you get calmer as you get older or more impatient ??

Calmer, which is just as well, I've never been patient before. Well I wouldn't say I was PATIENT now exactly but better than I was!!

    Iced coffee :)

Just back from the shops loaded up with energy drinks & Doritos for a gaming marathon

    Do you like energy drinks??

No, they have a weird aftertaste....and way too much sugar! However, they do work when you really need to stay awake. One time I had to drive 80 miles after very little sleep I did two shots of the little concentrated Red bull shot drinks and I WAS WIRED!

Have you ever been driving and feel yourself falling asleep at the wheel and almost unable to prevent it? Happened to me once on the M25, I was terrified :(

Perhaps an energy drink would help ;)

    Favourite romantic comedy??

I'm really not keen on romcoms. They make me go ACK!

I would rather have blood, guts, historical and fantasy epics, sci fi thrillers, spy movies, road trips and horror. Or of course, kids fillums!!

What is your least favourite film genre?

For cheese on toast I prefer white. For an egg mayo sarny I would prefer wholemeal.

    Soft rolls or crusty rolls?
