unless, you have been living on Mars, am sure, the Indy fans, here, would be familiar with Raiders of The Lost Ark: The Adaption, a shot for shot, remake more or less, made by 3 kids, over the course of 8 years
am not sure, you may know, that the missing scene, they did not film back then understandably involving the flying wing and Indy rescuing Marion/the fight with the big guy), became a kickstarter funded, thing, for them to go back and complete,
there is a great doc, just added to Netflix, both about, their contemporary efforts to complete, the wing scene and constant, referencing, the story of them making, the Adaption
really recommend it, thought it was a really cool, documentary

Keep em coming, always looking for good documentaries
Critics seem to give documentaries an easy ride, do you find that? I often see a highly rated documentary that isn't very good. They seem to be far more forgiven just because it's a worthy cause. Dear Zachary being a perfect case in point for me - https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/1202867-dear_zachary/
That film just made me angry at the people who made it.
