FOX T2- Lost Multiplex COM7

Hi,
My Humax Fox T2 will not recieve channels on Multiplex COM7 (Like BBC Four HD & BBC News HD etc etc)
Now it did have all these channels since there launch, but sometime in the last week they have gone, When I selected one of them it just said "Signal too weak....etc" so I tried a re-tune and then they were completely gone and you can't select or even see the channel info. I thought it may have something to do with the Freeview guide update happening today so I just left it to see if that helped....but although after retuning tonight it has moved the channels affected..... all of Multiplex COM7 are still missing?
Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

1. Do a manual search
2.In my case it was of channel 31 (winter Hill)
3.Change from DVB to DVB-T2
4.Then press search
All missing HD channels found
