The face of the creature in Listen

This is the only image of the creature we have, and it's insanely creepy for some strange reason.
What do you guys think it is? Because I think it's just an echo of the Doctor's fear, it was so powerful that his emotions were shattered and projected through space and time, maybe even so that it created for itself a physical form.

    That was just an in-joke. There weren't really any Sontarans in Robot either, were there?

    Is she the one standing at the hole in the wall, you know when that silly woman is having the "I bet you did" conversation with Danny, and also the one who told Clara, "go on then" on her first day.

    a) yes it is that girl. Also the "Do it!" scene in Deep Breath.

    b) Sam Anderson called Ellis George his 'little sis'. She was never, ever Danny's sister.

    It's the flashback to what looks like Clara's first day at Coal Hill when she collapses in Deep Breath. The girl says "Do it." when Clara unconvincingly threatens to get the whole class expelled!

    Well I thought it looked like a Sontaran based on height and head shape and it was also mentioned at the end. Seemed a bit too much of a coincidence.

    The most distracting thing in this scene is the fact that they found a young boy with the hair of Steven Moffat to play young Danny! Seriously, watch again, he has Mof hair!
