I don't think any of them are underrated or overrated and I don't see the point of belittling the others and their talents to make one seem superior either. That's not directly to you, but just a general overview on the matter.

Miley's the better artist, but Demi is definitely the better vocalist. That isn't to say Miley isn't a good one, I love her voice, but Demi is technically better.
Well she made it to no. 3. Great news for her and her fans, who will no doubt be buying the new album tomorrow to help give her a top 10 album next week. Then the following Monday details of the availability of tickets for her 1 concert over here. I really don't think 1 venue for 450 is enough. Her record company need to do more for her thousands of fans in this country.

Brilliant news! I agree, she does need to come to the UK more often but I can understand why the US might be her priority for the time being
