Is there an chance of seeing the motor racing games that were released on the NES, SNES, N64 and Gamecube being released on the Nintendo Wii Virtual console?

Also what are the chances of seeing the motor racing games that were released on the Sega Mega Drive and Master System being released on the Nintendo Wii Virtual console?

I also would not mind seeing the Sega Mega Drive Game Cool Spot being released on Nintendo Wii Virtual console?

I would also would not mind seeing Sega Mega CD and Commodore Amiga game being released on the Nintendo Wii Virtual console?

I would probably think thats a no chance for Gamecube games on VC as Wii is already Gamecube compatible so ebay, bootfairs etc are your friend.
Also the file sizes are too big which may also aply for mega cd games too.
Ive given up on waiting for certain games to appear on VC and also begrudge paying for something that doesnt look very good on a HDTV because nintendo cannot be bothered to emulate the games in a way that they dont look too blocky.
Thats why I would say go the Homebrew Channel route as you can pretty much have any classic game on any system you wish and still have it look as if it were on a CRT screen.
Ive got both Cool Spot and Cool Spot goes to Hollywood playable on my Wii so no waiting around for the will they wont they appear on VC for me.
Nowadays I only bother downloading the Wiiware games.

I would like to see Mega-CD and Mega 32X added to the list of consoles, as well as Sega Saturn. I know all of these consoles use games that would far excede the 40Mb limit, but I am just dreaming :-D

    I would like...
    Mega 32X
Knuckles Chaotix, and Star Wars Arcade

    Mega-CD
Another World, The Secret of Monkey Island, Shining Force CD, Sonic CD, and Star Wars: Rebel Assault

    Sega Saturn
Mega Man 8, Sonic 3D, and Sonic R

And a more realistic request would be Flashback for the Mega Drive.

I have stopped buying Virtual Console Games now (I have about 20 I think), but still buy the odd WiiWare title.

However, I'd still love to see Super Mario Kart from the SNES released on there, as I never had a SNES so have never played this game!!!

It had the proper fatalities and blood in it when you put a cheat in. The SNES version was watered down as Nintendo felt we were all too sensitive to see it.

I've just been having a look through the Wii shop and I must say that I'm pretty shocked that 4 years in and with a massive back catalogue behind them that there are only 77 NES, 56 Snes and 20 N64 games to choose from.
Megadrive has a generous 72 which is still not great considering it's back catalogue, but does make me think what Nintendo are trying to say about it's Snes games when its sort of promoting the rivals more than it's own.
It's no wonder some choose to go down the emulation route.

    Super Mario World 2.

I've never played this game and i have always wanted to.

The cartridge is way too expensive and it would be nice on vc.

A brilliant game and one of the best games available for the SNES, and also one of the last ever released for it).

Cheap enough if you have a DS and get it for that instead. But I agree, the SNES price is very expensive, second hand, it's more pricey than some brand spanking new Wii titles. I imagine one day we will see it on VC.

So? I wonder if its something to do with the Conker and Banjo characters in there? Microsoft bought Rare and also the characters I guess.
I want to see more SNES and N64 games. The amount of N64 games to choose from is shocking.

I agree with Yoshi's Island and DK64. To be honest, I think SM All Stars should have been a Wiishop/Wiiware game.

And why cant we have Perfect Dark as well? That was awesome :D The most Goldeneye-like game without actually being Goldeneye.

They should bring more SNES and N64 games to the VC - there are more Megadrive games than SNES games FFS

Banjo & Conker were always owned by Rare that's why they switched platforms. If they were to put it on VC they would have to rework it all with less characters or add more characters and i don't think they could be arsed to do that.
I don't see why Donkey Kong 64 hasn't made it to VC though because Nintendo own everything D-K related.
