  Part one was an absolute classic. Part two was a steaming great pile of shite.
  
  I shall reserve judgement about any third part. If Lawrence is in it on his own then it'll automatically be shite.

  Well seeing as they "Columbia aka sony pictures " missed the 20 year anniversary window for BB3 ; i am yet to believe this is indeed any closer to becoming a reality.
  
  The problems are ;
  
  Will Smith is not ace no.1 (more like no.3 on a good day)
  
  Michael Bay would cost like $30 million alone to partake
  
  add to that everything else and we won't be seeing this before 2017 (if it was fast tracked)

  I haven't seen them either Bad Boys films since I was a kid but I remember enjoying them. They along with Armageddon are the only Michael Bay movies I've actually enjoyed (damning with feint praise I know). Blue Streak is another Martin Lawrence film I remember liking.

  I like both the bad boys movies, in the second one the banter between the leads wasn't quite as good but it had better action sequences. I think will smith will be back for part 3..he needs a hit.

  I wouldn't really call it an offical announcement by the studio as all Martin Lawrence has said is that they are working on script and its close to happening!

  Bad Boys 2 was a disgustingly guilty pleasure.
  
  Bad Boys 3 needs to be Bay/Smith/Lawrence and, say, a $300m budget? Let 'em go really OTT.

  Yey this is great news. I loved both the first two, especially the second one, which is mint Michael Bay. Will Smith needs to do this.
