Can't find anything on the news sites about this yet but I live locally and the word is that a body has been found on allotments close to the university and is thought to belong to missing chef Claudia Lawrence. Sadly it's seemed likely from the start that she wouldn't be found alive.

If nothing in the next few hours then it is likely to be just rumours unfortunately.
Before you know it the Yorkshire Ripper has escaped.

No, but judging by the standards of policing in this Country they'll announce the finding of a mass-grave.
I wish they'd find Suzy Lamplugh for her mother's sake, it must be awful knowing that your child is dead but not know where they're lying.

Sadly Diana Lamplugh had a stroke, has Alzheimers disease and is no longer aware. She requires full time residential care.
Very sad for her family.

It's a high profile case, or was at least around the time she went missing.
The problem is so many people go missing they all start blending into each other.
It's sometimes better just to keep your mouth shut and let people think you're ignorant, than to open it and have it proved beyond all doubt...
