I scored 92% so I defiantly am a loner. :D And would find a night club evening in a FashionTV night club very hard to get through, as I generally can't stand to be in noisy environment full of extroverts.

I don't need a test to know the answer to that one :D

As much as I suspected I am a loner, but only just. I have times when I need the company of others, go out with friends, but I like to be alone a lot, and I like to work alone too. I hate working with other people.

I got 72% so as 60% and over is being a loner then I guess that makes me one too. For me though I think it's more a social anxiety problem rather than actually wanting to be alone which is why I guess I didn't score higher.

    57% - so, borderline?

A lot of my responses could be annulled on the grounds that the real answer was "Depends what mood I'm in".

I got 65% which does make me a loner as the definition of that is anyone scoring over 60. The score is lower than I would have expected though.

Same as me. I love being on my own when it suits me but I also love my nights out and my friends.

    100% Is that a bad thing ?

I look at people who are really extroverted and popular like WOW how can you be so exposed and involved in our society.

I also guess that more outgoing people think WOW how can you not want to interact with other people and be a part of a society.

Either way yes I am a loner but I am happy and surly that is all that matters isn't it.

    Peace and love people :)

79, though I've just spent all day with people, both involuntarily (at work) and 5 hours round at my friend's working on music. I know I need my alone time to really unwind and yeah I do enjoy long sessions online or putting videos together, which doesn't usually involve other people. I feel comfortable at a computer screen, what can I say?

Maybe it's easy to confuse being a 'loner' with being an individual. Some people rely a bit too much on their friends and family and don't have enough of a life of their own or their own identity.

I got 29%. I don't like being on my own tbh, I get bored pretty quickly on my own and although I hate crowds and large social groups, I would still rather be with someone.

I find it a bit strange that so many who dislike real life social interaction, look to seek social interaction online on sites such as this. DS is a form of social interaction, so if you hate it so much, why interact online?

I scored 70%. I look at it as being independent rather than a loner. I disagreed with the questions relating to 'small talk.' I am a polite person and I do engage with strangers. However, my interests such as jogging, watching sport, reading and foreign language films take me to being alone.

I got 40%. But yeah, those questions are hardly going to unearth any previously hidden truths about people.

From the sounds of it you love your family and your best friend. I don't think you could be a true loner, as you wouldn't be so close to other people if you were.

That's what surprised me too. I first got into forums when I was signed off work for a while. I was so bored and I think missing the social interaction was a big part of why I found it online :)

Must just be very different for everyone.
