    Yes it was. :(

Tomorrow's ep 'Heat' is usually not aired during the afternoon. It was dropped when ITV3 (I think it was) showed them in the afternoons.

Michael Madsen is the baddie, and Tyne Daly won an Emmy for this episode. .

I love this programme! I record it as I'm not around during the day. Today's got me as it always does, it's so much better done than a lot of the tripe on prime time now

Even though it was shown 30 years ago it's still very watchable
Sharon Gless and Tyne Daly work well together
I wonder if they were friends in the real world

I've just checked Locate tv which gives the next two weeks programmes and C and L seems to stop again next wednesday

Yes, they were friends in real life.

Still are to this day. They appeared on each other's other programmes since they did C&L, and I remember a few years ago they were over here doing interviews together.

    That has been updated now.
It is on next Wednesday and next Thursday. Not on next Friday due to Tennis.

Beyond that - keep your fingers crossed! ;-):)

Mine too. A much missed quality acting company complemented by poignant scripts...I do hope they continue showing the show.

I hope so too. Especially seasons 6 and 7. They always stop at season 5 annoyingly.

I wasn't allowed to watch it in the 80s, unless I was staying with my Grandparents but I loved it then and still do...The acting is so good, they both made their characters so believable.
The support cast was great too, especially Carl Lumby and Dick O'Neill.

Tyne and Sharon became best friends....really close.
