I used to think You Give Love A Bad Name by Bon Jovi was called Shock To The Heart (which I thought was the opening line!). Only realised about 6-7 years ago that I'd not only been singing the wrong words all these years but got the name of the song wrong
I had an argument with someone over the Oasis song "Live Forever" because they thought it was called "Maybe", which is only the first word of the song.
I've only just discovered that Hard to say I'm sorry by Chicago is not called Hold me now (Actually its one of those songs I know but never knew who it was fullstop)
