Help with a birthday card sign off

I'm writing a birthday card and i want a sign off..

I was thinking 'Shine on' or 'Never change' but im looking for other suggestions, nothing to formal or too sappy.

Any suggestions?

    It very much depends to who it's to and your relationship with them.
    It would help to have some background on the person.
