I highly doubt that Cheryl will take the job, as I think she's still bitter at Simon over the X Factor U.S.A. Dannii might, but I don't think Cheryl will though.
Cheryl has refused it and Dannii won't do BGT because of the clash with AGT. Amanda has been told by ITV that she is returning so that rules out the need for a female judge.
BGT ratings have dropped in the last year, if Simon had any sense he'd get rid of Amanda (totally useless) and Alesha and hire Dannii and an actress, someone who is seen as "hot" right now, someone like Michelle Keegan.
The ratings would go through the roof seeing Simon and Dannii reunited.

I'd keep Alesha, and hiring Michelle Keegan would do nothing for the show imo. I even doubt Dannii would affect the ratings.
