Does anyone else think tea (the drink) is disgusting?

I hate it! I can't understand the obsessiveness (not a word?) with this drink! Everyone seems to say..sure we'll have a brew...i'll just stick on the kettle...would you like a cup of tea??

I can't stand it. The taste simply isn't nice. Am I alone with this thought?

I love tea. Only if well brewed and no cheapo tea. Tea made with no care is vile.

Cheap tea is disgusting, but the good stuff is lovely. With little or no milk. No sugar. Maybe a slice of lemon. Mmmm.

I love tea and drink vast amounts. But I'm very fussy about how I drink it. It has to be weak and black.

I love strong tea with a splash or two of milk and one to two sugars. I used to hate it until I was about 12 though, it's a taste you get used to.

No, you're not alone - I don't like the smell or the taste of it.

I love tea. Yorkshire tea and Earl Grey are my favourites. Hate cheap tea. Love herbals teas too.

I hate tea, I just don't see what people like about it. It's how I imagine my dirty washing up water would taste if I boiled it all up and added some milk.

edit - I like herbal teas, it's just the normal tea I don't like

yeah it doesn't smell nice either...and leaves a horrible aftertaste in your mouth. Not nice. I'll stick to orange juice.

I love tea, has to be strong with very little milk and two sugars.

I can drink many cups a day, but only a few cups of coffee because too much makes me feel sick.

We are in a credit crunch so I'm just being adaptable in the current climate and accomadating coffee :o

    Well that's my excuse ;)

My daughters love cups of tea and never touch coffee. From being little they have preferred tea to pop as well.

My youngests still says "Daaaaaaaaaaaad make me a brew please"

Ugh, Cup a Soup, no! There's something horribly sinister about soup that started as powder.

Haha! Mine ends up a sort of 'Jodie Marsh's tan' colour - not quite orange but not quite biscuit colour either!

(That was possible the most horriffic Google I've ever done.)

Favourite teas are Yorkshire, Tetleys (when I'm at university and I am forced to go into cheap, plebbish ways) and Lancashire (partly because home's there!).
